Direct Contacts

 

We will contact, by telephone and letter, the owners of similar properties and qualified buyers in our extensive database.  Our database consists of local, regional and national hotel owners.  The database is constantly updated with active buyers that contact our office on current listings.

 

Broker Cooperation/Mailer

 

Direct contact will be made to all brokers who possess the expertise and qualifications to work on this type of property.  This contact will include brokers who have been involved in the sales of any similar type properties within the past 24 months.  

 

Advertising

In addition to the direct contacts with potential buyers and agents, your property will be discreetly advertised in carefully selected national, regional and local newspapers as well as publications that are directed at the hospitality market.

Personal Communication

Hotel Associates will provide you with status reports updating you on the pending sale of the real estate.  These reports will include progress on interested parties, objections from uninterested parties, marketing updates and copies of all advertisements and dates when placed.
